We've simplified your Dashboard, starting with a headache we heard about a lot: keeping track of a single client used to mean hunting across more than one tab.
Here's how it worked before. When a lead came through your marketing funnel, it landed under the Appointments tab — whether it was a lead or a booked appointment. But once you met with someone and ran blueprints for them manually — beyond the precursive blueprint the funnel generated — those new blueprints were created on the Blueprints tab. So the original client information lived on one tab while their manually run blueprints lived on another, and you had to bounce back and forth between the two just to see everything for a single client.
Not anymore.
We've removed the Appointments tab entirely. Now every lead and every blueprint — funnel-generated and manually run alike — lives together on the Blueprints tab. One client, one place.
To make that single view easy to navigate, we've added a filter bar. At the top of the Blueprints tab, you'll find a full row of options:
- Search — jump straight to a client by name or email, just like before
- Origin — All, Leads, or Manual
- Appt. Status — Any, Set Appointment, or No Appointment
- Values — narrow by a range of value options
- Age — All, plus four common age ranges
- State
- Advanced — finer filters like Married Filing Joint, Single, Roth IRA, and High Income (>$100k)
- Download — export your full client list as a CSV in one click
And don't worry — the blue + New Case button is still right where it's always been, at the right end of the bar. Less clicking around, less cross-referencing, more time actually working your leads.
