What Roth Blueprint does
Roth conversion optimization
The Blueprint engine projects a household's retirement year by year, to age 100, and searches for the conversion schedule that leaves the most lifetime wealth within a tax ceiling the advisor chooses. It accounts for tax brackets, IRMAA surcharges, required minimum distributions, Social Security income and state tax, for each spouse separately. Every case shows doing nothing and the optimized Blueprint side by side.
Business planning calculators
Two calculators let an advisor model the year ahead: one for Virtual Marketing appointments and one for dinner-seminar campaigns. Enter your case size, fees and closing rate, choose a monthly plan, and see the production and revenue it adds up to, with a PDF to keep.
Client-ready reports
Each case becomes a PDF report the client can take home, with the baseline and the Blueprint compared line by line. The reports are written for the client and built to stand up in a suitability review.
Booked appointments with retirees
Retirees who build a free Roth Blueprint on rothblueprint.com can book a review of their results. With Virtual Marketing, Roth Blueprint runs the campaigns and books those reviews onto the advisor's calendar, as many a month as the advisor orders.
Plans for teams
A team of advisors can share one account, with each advisor on their own seat. Organizations of 10 or more, such as IMOs and FMOs, can set up an Enterprise plan with our team.
What makes Roth Blueprint different
An engine built for one job
The Blueprint engine was built from the ground up to answer one question: which Roth conversion schedule leaves this household the most lifetime wealth. It searches year by year, for each spouse, with taxes, IRMAA and required distributions in the math, and shows its work line by line so the advisor can explain every number.
You pay for booked appointments, not for leads
Each Virtual Marketing appointment is a retiree who has seen their own Blueprint and chosen a time on your calendar, not a name on a list. Each appointment goes to one advisor and is never sold twice.
No long contract for Virtual Marketing
Choose 5 to 50 appointments a month, change the number whenever you like, or pause. The change applies from the next billing date, so you are never charged part-way through a month, and appointments you paid for carry over.
Retirees in your state come to you first
When more than one advisor could take a booking, it goes first to an advisor in the retiree's own state. You meet people you are licensed to serve, and they meet someone local.
Independently audited security
Roth Blueprint has a SOC 2 Type I report: an independent auditor examined the design of the controls that protect client data. Advisors can request the report.

How Roth Blueprint works
Getting started
- Create an account and run Roth conversion cases from your dashboard.
- To receive appointments, open Virtual Marketing and finish setup: your state, your monthly volume, your calendar and working hours, a payment card and the billing terms.
- Place your first order. Your calendar goes live as soon as the payment goes through.
After setup
Each appointment lands on your Google or Outlook calendar with the retiree's Blueprint attached, and on the Appointments tab. Retirees book 30-minute reviews inside the hours you set, up to 10 days ahead.

Frequently asked questions
Does Roth Blueprint give advice to my clients?
No. Roth Blueprint is a technology and marketing platform, and it does not give individualized investment, tax or legal advice. You advise your clients; Roth Blueprint supplies the analysis and the appointments.
Are appointments shared between advisors?
No. Each booked appointment goes to one advisor. When more than one advisor could take it, the retiree is offered first to an advisor in their own state.
Can I change or pause Virtual Marketing?
Yes. Change your monthly volume on the Configure tab at any time, or press Pause appointments there. Pausing takes you out of the rotation straight away and stops billing from your next billing date; appointments you have paid for are kept for when you resume.
How far ahead can appointments be booked?
Up to 10 days ahead, inside the working hours you set. Each review is 30 minutes and free to the retiree.
Where is Roth Blueprint available?
Roth Blueprint serves advisors in the United States. The booking service does not currently take bookings from New York residents.
How is client data protected?
Roth Blueprint has a SOC 2 Type I report, which means an independent auditor examined the design of its security controls. Advisors can request the report through the contact page.
