Roth Blueprint has a new User Interface!
A redesigned interface, faster navigation, and clearer blueprint results. What changed and where to find things.
RMDs are now reinvested, and tax brackets now follow inflation
Two changes to the conversion engine. Unneeded required minimum distributions are now taxed and reinvested instead of leaving the projection, and federal tax brackets now grow with inflation across the projection instead of standing still at today's values. Both make the reported advantage of converting smaller. Cases you built before today keep reinvestment switched off, but bracket indexing applies to them, so their numbers will read a little differently than when you last saw them.
A different bracket every year: how per-year Roth optimization works
We now solve for the best conversion ceiling in every single year of the plan — searching a space of roughly 138 billion possible schedules — and return the answer in about a second. For your existing cases, it can only match or beat what you were already getting.
A Simpler Dashboard
One client, one place. We've consolidated your leads and blueprints into a single view, so everything you need for a client lives together instead of across multiple tabs.
The shape of a Roth conversion
A technical look at the tax-and-IRMAA landscape the optimizer searches for every household, and the engine work behind recent improvements in speed and income accuracy.
For AUM Accounts: Convert $500K, See Exactly $500K
For AUM (managed brokerage) accounts: if you work primarily in annuities, your illustrations are already modeled correctly and nothing here changes for you. For AUM cases, we've enhanced how partial Roth conversions are modeled — the amount you enter is now the exact amount that converts, down to the dollar, while the rest of the IRA keeps growing as traditional.
