Information We Collect

RothBlueprint.com collects information you voluntarily provide when you request information, complete a form, or contact us through the website. This may include your name, email address, phone number, and any other information you choose to submit.

We also automatically collect certain information when you visit the site, including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions with site content.

How We Use Information

We use the information collected to:

• Provide educational content and respond to requests
• Communicate with users about Roth IRA–related information and services
• Improve website performance and user experience
• Support marketing, advertising, analytics, and lead generation efforts

Connected Calendars (Google and Microsoft)

Advisors who use our scheduling features may choose to connect a calendar account — currently Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook / Office 365. This section applies only to those advisors. It does not apply to site visitors or prospective clients, whose information is covered by the rest of this policy; we never request or receive calendar access from them.

Connecting a calendar is optional and always initiated by the advisor. With their permission, we access:

• Existing calendar entries, to determine when the advisor is already busy, so that meetings cannot be booked over commitments they already have.
• The list of calendars on the account, so the advisor can choose which one we should use.
• Appointments booked through Roth Blueprint, which we create on the advisor's calendar and may later update or remove when a meeting is rescheduled or cancelled.

We use connected calendar data solely to provide these scheduling features to the advisor who connected the account. We do not:

• sell, rent, or transfer it;
• use it for advertising, marketing, retargeting, or audience building. The advertising, analytics, and information-sharing practices described elsewhere in this policy do not apply to connected calendar data, and it is never shared with Meta or any other advertising partner;
• use it to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models;
• permit humans to read it, except with the advisor's explicit consent, where necessary for security purposes or to comply with applicable law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations such as troubleshooting or abuse prevention.

Access credentials are held in encrypted storage, are never exposed to other advisors or to site visitors, and are used only by our scheduling service. An advisor may disconnect a calendar at any time from the calendar settings page in their Roth Blueprint account, which deletes the stored credentials. Access may also be revoked directly with the provider — through Google account permissions or the equivalent Microsoft account settings. Revoking access ends all further calendar access immediately. Appointments already written to a calendar remain on it and stay under the advisor's control.

Roth Blueprint's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Information received through Microsoft APIs is handled on the same terms set out in this section.

Advertising and Analytics

RothBlueprint.com uses advertising and analytics tools provided by Meta (Facebook and Instagram), including the Meta Pixel and Conversions API.

These tools collect and transmit information about activity on this website, such as page views, form submissions, IP address, device information, and browser data. This information allows us to measure advertising performance, understand user behavior, and optimize marketing campaigns.

Meta may use this information in accordance with its own privacy policies.

Sharing of Information

We may share information with trusted service providers and advertising partners, including Meta, for purposes such as advertising optimization, analytics, measurement, and marketing support.

We do not sell personal information for monetary compensation. However, certain data sharing related to advertising may be considered "selling" or "sharing" under California privacy laws.

This does not apply to connected calendar data. As described under Connected Calendars, information obtained from an advisor's Google or Microsoft calendar is never sold, shared, or transferred for advertising purposes.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

RothBlueprint.com uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to support site functionality, analyze traffic, and assist with advertising and marketing efforts.

Third-party partners, including Meta, may place cookies or collect information through this website to deliver advertising and measure effectiveness.
